Before I was into strawbale, I was into geodesic domes. I still like 'em. This small one's in South Dakota, built on a platform on piers. I think it's my favorite dome, probably because of the location as much as anything.

An old settler's log cabin in Utah. Smaller than some people's bathrooms. I was never all that into log homes, but I'd build one if it made sense. Local materials and all that stuff.
